Mandie Fenrich is the founder of The Aura Group, an image consulting firm for people who are ready to stop piecing it together and start working from one cohesive, expert-led plan across beauty, health, and aesthetics.

She has spent more than two decades in the beauty and wellness industry, working closely with clients who wanted the same thing: clarity and cohesion in how they present themselves to the world. Her expertise spans advanced color theory, aesthetic design, makeup, skincare, color season analysis, health and fitness, and personal presentation. She has been a business owner since 2014 and has worked with thousands of clients across Sacramento and the surrounding region. Her training is not only technical. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, and Information Systems, and completed her MBA in 2026, which shapes the structured, systems-minded way she builds every client's plan.

The Aura Group grew out of her own experience. During the pandemic, after years of struggling with her self-image, Mandie went through a complete transformation of her own. That history is not abstract for her. It includes childhood facial reconstructive surgeries, years of working around fitness and nutrition limitations, autoimmune arthritis, chronic pain, and more recently, perimenopause. She built the method she now uses with clients by first using it on herself, which is why the work is grounded in lived experience rather than theory.

Her approach pairs technical beauty expertise with long-term, structured planning, so that clients make informed, well-considered decisions instead of reactive ones. There is a reason this work is done by a person and not a quiz or an app. AI cannot replace a well-trained eye.
